vEGAN BAKEWELL CAKE



The best kind of days are spent baking ... well, in our opinion anyway! This vegan bakewell cake is super simple to make and doesn't require many ingredients. Tag us on Instagram if you make it - @_runwithwolves_ ... we hope you enjoy it!


Ingredients -

  • 150g self raising flour

  • 50g ground almonds

  • 130g of sugar

  • 60g oil (any)

  • 130g any plant milk

  • 1 tsp almond extract

  • raspberries and flacked almonds to finish


Instructions -

  • Pre-heat oven to 175c

  • Line cake tin/tray

  • Sift into a large bowl the flour, sugar ground almonds and mix well

  • Mix in wet ingredients

  • Combine wet and dry

  • Sprinkle raspberries and almonds on the top

  • Bake for approx 30-35 mins until a stick comes out clean
