Honeycomb biscoff bites

These honeycomb, marshmallow biscoff bites are a taste sensation and so easy to make! They require no cooking and are the perfect sweet treat for any occasion.

Ingredients ~

  • 20 lotus biscoff biscuits

  • 1 tbsp of vegan butter

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 5 tbsp lotus biscoff

  • 200g of vegan chocolate

  • 50g of white vegan chocolate

  • marshmallows and honeycomb to decorate

Instructions ~

  • Blend the biscuits vegan butter and coconut oil until combined in a food processor.

  • Flatten out in a tray and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  • Place the biscoff spread on top of the mixture pressing down evenly, place back in the freezer for 10 minuets.

  • Melt the chocolate and pour the dark chocolate first covering the other 2 layers.

  • Using a teaspoon flick the white chocolate up and down the dark chocolate and finish with honeycomb and marshmallows.

  • Place back into the freezer for 20 minuets and serve!
