These honeycomb, marshmallow biscoff bites are a taste sensation and so easy to make! They require no cooking and are the perfect sweet treat for any occasion.
20 lotus biscoff biscuits
1 tbsp of vegan butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
5 tbsp lotus biscoff
200g of vegan chocolate
50g of white vegan chocolate
marshmallows and honeycomb to decorate
Blend the biscuits vegan butter and coconut oil until combined in a food processor.
Flatten out in a tray and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Place the biscoff spread on top of the mixture pressing down evenly, place back in the freezer for 10 minuets.
Melt the chocolate and pour the dark chocolate first covering the other 2 layers.
Using a teaspoon flick the white chocolate up and down the dark chocolate and finish with honeycomb and marshmallows.
Place back into the freezer for 20 minuets and serve!
